These terms govern your use of PhotoPurge ("Smart Similar Photo Purge"), a Windows desktop application published by Cokena. By downloading, installing, or using PhotoPurge you agree to these terms.
PhotoPurge is distributed as freeware with an optional one-time Pro license. The free edition lets you scan, group, and preview results under published limits. A paid license unlocks the full feature set with no subscription. You may install and use the software on devices you own or control. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works of the software.
You are responsible for the folders you scan and the deletions you confirm. PhotoPurge moves files to the Windows Recycle Bin and never permanently deletes anything without your explicit action — but a Recycle Bin can be emptied, so we recommend reviewing your selections carefully before purging.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk of use — including any loss of photos through user action — rests with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cokena and the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PhotoPurge, including loss of data or photos.
PhotoPurge, its logo, name, and branding are the property of Cokena. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to the software's trademarks or branding.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or change the product as the service evolves.
